Replacing all guttering, cleaning fascia’s, small repair to ridge of roof
Albert Wells is a very reliable tradesman. All the work that he considered necessary was well explained. It was carried out in a professional manner, and to budget. In addition Mr Wells and his team were a pleasure to have on the property. They cleaned up after the job was done. I would definitely ask Mr Well’s in to do future work on my property, and recommend him.

Ridge rile repairs
I am over the moon with the service provided by A Wells Roofing. I have found it so difficult to get a trustworthy contractor that will follow through with what they say until now! Albert turned up on time for the quote, the work was done exactly when he said he would to an incredibly high standard with all debris tidied. The price was also very fair and reasonable compared to the other quote we got beforehand. Also just a very friendly guy! Would recommend to anyone!

Replace and repair verge tiles of roof, installed dry Vege caps.
Albert and mate turned up on time, from the moment of requesting a quote to completing the job. Did exactly what was needed, to a high standard and left area tidy when done. Would use again in future and recommend to others.

Replace (Two) Roof Gullies
Albert and his colleague responded the same day when I contacted him with a leak in the roof - he came round the following day and clearly explained the problem, and provided a detailed quote. They started exactly when they said, worked really hard, completed on time, and the quality of the work was excellent (real attention to detail). They were also very tidy, and were nice guys and courteous. Overall really good service and good value - 10/10
