Amazing experience as always. Ashley's team arrived on time and completed both the Gas Safety Inspection and Boiler Service efficiently and professionally. The work was carried out smoothly, and the team was courteous and knowledgeable throughout. Highly recommended.

Service was professional, timely and competitively priced

The engineer was knowledgeable, friendly and completed the task as efficiently as possible. The customer service however is appalling. We were misled into thinking two separate visits would constitute one callout fee if it fell within the hour, then they suddenly charged us twice. Incredibly unprofessional and unfriendly when I contacted them for clarity and insisted we pay despite their false advertising on the actual amount. The engineer isn't the issue, the problem is fixed but I wouldn't trust them to actually give you a realistic price and would never recommend.

When I needed a new boiler two years ago Ashley was one of the quotes, seemed an OK guy so went with him. Since then I've had two services done by Peter (who also did main of installation). Price is going rate for job & he always seems friendly & efficient
