Really good experience

AWS Structural and Civil Consultants is a Chartered engineering consultancy based in Epsom, covering South and South-East London, Surrey and North Kent ā including Bromley, Beckenham, Croydon, Sutton, Kingston and Epsom.
We design extensions, loft conversions, internal alterations and basements ā producing calculations and drawings for Building
Control and Planning
We also carry out structural inspection reports for homeowners, buyers, lenders and insurers, covering crack diagnosis, subsidence, wall leaning or bowing, and general building movement.
Our engineers are Chartered members of the Institution of Civil Engineers (MICE) and the Institution of Structural Engineers (MIStructE), with Professional Indemnity cover.
