Mike came out to fix our outside tap. Nice person, didn't have to wait too long for the job to be carry out. Would use again. Nice job.

Mike has made a very neat job of this installation. Always arrives as arranged and quietly gets on with his work. Hannah deserves a mention for the excellent communication via the app. Would definitely recommend.

Left us feeling extremely disappointed with the quality of the work. He did come back and resolve a couple of problems but in the end we have had to employ a new plumber to resolve a number of issues with an extra cost of paying a new plumber and also having to purchase a new shower tray due to not being fitted correctly.

The repair was organised and it was efficiently carried out. He took out the old shower framework and installed the new one. He reported further issues with sealant that had deteriorated and sorted that out. He did require an extra pair of hands to dismantle the framework in order to get it down the stairs. No problem for me to help.

Fairly quick response to enquiry, requested photos of the problem& gave a quote based on them- no visit. Not sure what hourly rate is but, given the quote, I hope it was at least 3 hours otherwise could be a bit steep. Otherwise, came across as professional, friendly, promt& organised. Would use in future as other 3 companies I contacted didn't respond!
