Craig and Frank were very professional and did a fantastic job fitting our new bathroom we are over the moon with the work they are also very tidy cleaning and vacuuming every day highly recommend you will not be disappointed

We used Aydens Property Service to extend our driveway, rebuild our block pathway and dig out,level and lay stone chippings for a new front garden. Craig and his son, Frank were professional, hardworking, and their timekeeping perfect. They were very tidy and cleaned up every night We are very pleased with finished work which looks great . We would have no hesitation in using Aydens again and would highly recommend them.

We used Aydens Property Service to knock through a door way from our hallway into the garage. Craig and his son, Frank were professional, hardworking, and their timekeeping perfect. The door had to be a fire rated door and Craig made sure that he kept us informed at every stage of the project. They were very tidy and cleaned up every night We are very pleased with finished door which looks great and took just 2 days to complete. We would have no hesitation in using Aydens again and would highly recommend them.

Craig removed and fitted a new bathroom suite. He worked with us and explained each step to ensure we were happy with the work. Craig also did some odd jobs around the house. Nothing was too much for him! Craig was punctual, friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

Craig was very accommodating in our requests and explained what he could do and how he would achieve it. He very polite and inspired us with confidence with his knowledge and was very positive about what we wanted. All rubble was placed on protective sheeting outside so no damage would be caused to our patio. Every evening before leaving he would tidy up and clean up after himself. The end result was absolutely amazing and exceeded our expectations. I would certainly recommend Craig to anyone who is looking to have any work done and would certainly use him again. 10/10
