On arriving after the clean, there were three significant issues. The dishwasher had not been cleaned at all and visibly contained waste and food etc. The washing machine had not been cleaned at all, mould in tray and grime around door. There was also a significant dent/chip damage to the stairs skirting board which was not there prior. Inventory clark noted these as unsatisfactory. Messaged the company and got a reply saying they would come back - advised this was no use as I had to do the work myself due to the tight deadline. Never got a reply from them again.

The carpet was washed in few hours, they have used a good quality cleaning products, I had a few stains on the cream color carpet which I wasn't able to take out for a while and as the company uses different products those stains are gone now. Very pleased with the job and results.

I was happy with the job completed and I would recommend them.
