Cleaners were prompt and things were tidied and cleaned well. Spotless!

Clear communication on pricing and timings of appointments. On the day the staff member turned up on time and worked efficiently to sort the problem. He kept me informed as to the work he was doing and was very kind and courteous. Would recommend the company and would use them again.

Contacted Back to Back Staff when it was time for changes in the downstairs bathroom. I wanted them to remove a bath and pedestal sink and install a shower enclosure, shower wall panels and a basin and vanity unit. I expected the plumbing to be a nightmare, given previous experiences within the house. And it was as bad as I expected. BTBS priced the job initially but said there might be changes if the nightmare happened, which it did. But, given the amount of extra work involved, I was happy with the total cost. They did a good job, finished within the time stated and tidied up after.

Highly skilled and extremely professional. In london is so hard to find reliable people that can actually do the work perfectly from the start to finishing. I was lucky to find them as I had the most smooth sailing renovation which usually I never had before. Highly recommend them.
