Clyde did a fantastic job, he fixed the scratches on the car and made it look brand new. Myself as the customer and the person who owned the car that I accidentally damaged were very pleased with his work and would definitely recommend him. He is also very honest with his quote, turned up on time to do the job and replied quickly to messages.

Clyde’s job was rushed, unfinished, and poorly done. The colour doesn’t match, and the finish is matte and rough instead of smooth. He made me drive 60 miles to collect the correct paint myself, I trusted him and went all the way! He promised to come at 10:00 AM the next day. I asked at 9:30 if he’d be on time; he didn’t show up and just texted: “No I won’t be I had a late night and I’ll ring you when I wake up.” Since then, he has ignored all my messages. His poor workmanship has left my car needing a full repaint, costing over £1,000. I REGRET IT. DO NOT TRUST HIM.

Brilliant and honest work carried out by Clyde and Bradley. On time and will be using again when required. Advise to all for affordable rates done to high standard.

I have a deep dent in the tale gate of my BMW, I send pictures to several mobile repair Companies and they refuse the job because could not be done Smart repairs send Clyde and you will never know that was a dent so far very good if the paint job holds Without changing colour will be excellent, highly recommend Back2New And congratulations in training your son

After some idiot dented my car in a car park and didn’t leave details I needed to get it fixed. Luckily for me I was sent these guys and how lucky was I ! Clyde turned up at my door to carry the work out and what an amazing job he has done, It now looks like it did the day I got the car. This is a man/company that is very passionate about the work they do and I will recommend them to everybody I know that needs repairs done. Thanks again Clyde and sorry you didn’t get to go to the golf course today 😬
