  Got new wall tie replacements off b.a dampproofing & walltie services excellent communication and very polite , quotation was really successful and to have the job completed off billy and his team, there on time every day , and they were absolutely very clean afterwards , I would highly recommend B.a damp proofing and wall ties services

  A first class and friendly service

  I contacted BA Damp- Proofing and Billy called at my house on the the same day to assess the situation. He explained clearly and concisely what was required and forwarded his quotation the same day. I contacted Billy to arrange to have the work done and he immediately gave me a date and time he would turn up. He arrived both days punctually and whilst carrying out the work required he kept me informed of exactly what was being done and why it was necessary. As requested he removed the skirting boards without damaging them and after finishing the entire job he left my property clean and tidy.

  Communication from the very start was excellent and timely. Billy explained what would be happening and when it would happen. Also taking the time to explain why the work was needed.

  Dry Rot Treatment

  Very happy with the outcome of the work on my property! From start to finish, Billy was reliable, responding to text/calls and was on time for each arranged quotation and days of work! He provided an honest report of the damage at hand and what work would be needed! I had full treatment of a dry rot outbreak, all infected areas were removed, replaced and sprayed. Floorboards and skirten was replaced and fitted! Having discussed ventilation after the initial inspection, he carried out installing 3 air bricks to the conservatory! Would certainly recommend Billy and use him again in the future

  Penetration and rising damp

  We had penetration and rising damp in the property. Billy spent time reviewing the damp and pointed out where it was coming in and how he would resolve the issue. Very reasonably priced compared to other quotes we received. The standard of work was exceptional and no mess was left when work was finished. Highly recommended.
