  Friendly, Professional service from Cael

  Cael serviced our boiler today and was brilliant from start to finish. Friendly, professional and easy to deal with throughout. He turned up when he said he would, carried out the service efficiently and took the time to explain everything clearly. Really pleased with the service and would have no hesitation recommending B&A Gasworks to family and friends. Thanks again, Cael! That sounds genuine, detailed enough to be useful, and the personal mention of his name will mean a lot to him too.

  Highly recommended

  Had a small leak in my boiler. Cael found the problem very quickly, ordered the parts, and carried out the work shortly after. Prompt service, great communication, and a really nice guy. Will definitely be using Cael again for a boiler service.

  Reliable and trustworthy!

  Cael was recommended to me through a friend when my boiler broke a couple of months ago. He came out and had a look, he advised me that the boiler manufacturer have a call out service, and that may be cheaper due to the complexity of the boilers system. He called the manufacturer for me and then priced up the job from his end and we came to the conclusion that the boiler manufacturer was the most cost effective. He ended up coming back a few weeks later to fix a different issue. He’s proven to be super reliable, always on time, sometimes early, fair, honest and trustworthy! Thanks Cael :)

  After an initial call out to our boiler breaking down, Cael did get the boiler running, but advised the 'original ' boiler was close to having to be replaced. He never charged a call out just his standard cost of attendance, he recommended the next time the boiler failed to replace it. Unfortunately shortly after it did, so Cael replaced the boiler, replacing it with a more efficient system. He completed the works swiftly and to a high standard. I work in the commercial office maintenance environment so deal with a lot of contractors , I would recommend Cael without any hesitation.

  Cael provided an excellent boiler service from start to finish. He arrived exactly when he said he would, which was really appreciated. From the moment he arrived, it was clear he was very knowledgeable—he even identified the type of boiler we had based solely on the rumbling issue we described when booking. He was friendly and approachable throughout, taking the time to answer all our questions. Before leaving, he made sure everything was working properly and that we were completely satisfied. Overall, a genuinely pleasant, professional service delivered with a smile.
