  Highly recommended!

We have regularly used Ben’s services over the last 9 years. He is reliable, trustworthy, hard working, extremely tidy and completes work to a very high standard. Ben has done a variety of jobs for us, the most recent being knocking down the wall between the kitchen and the sitting room. We are really pleased with the end result. On several occasions when we’ve had an emergency Ben has gone above and beyond to help us get everything fixed. During a period when our house was Let out, our Letting Agent fed back to us how impressed our tenants were with him. We highly recommend his services!

Good quality and easy to deal with

This was a small job - moving a wall between 2 bedrooms. Ben was clear on his pricing and scope of work from the start. We made a couple of changes and again, he was very clear with everything being agreed up front. Ben and his team are the neatest and cleanest contractors I have ever come across. They were all polite and friendly. My neighbour even told me how nice Ben and his team were. Everything has been finished to a high standard and I am delighted with the final results. Huge thanks to Ben and his team! We' be back for our next project!

  Complete Shower Room Refurbishment

Ben carried out a complete refurbishment of our shower room. He provided a detailed specification for the work with the initial quote, and was courteous and helpful throughout. He gave good advice where there were options to consider and took control to address a couple of unexpected issues when they arose. He paid attention to every detail of the work and took a pride in achieving a good outcome. He ensured the working area was kept clean throughout.

Highly recommend BA Home Improvement Services

Ben has done many jobs for me in recent years. Some small jobs and some much larger jobs. The results have always been brilliant. He is extremely hard working, very professional and most reliable.

  A Multi Talented Tradesman

Ben is a super talented tradesman. He recently completed a significant amount of work in my home following a major water leak. His work included stripping out an entire bathroom and re-fitting, stripping out walls and insulation and re-fitting, tiling, laying flooring and painting. He is punctual, tidy and extremely professional. I have no hesitation in recommending Ben for home improvement work.

  Bathroom Refit

BA have recently completely remodelled my bathroom, including replastering, tiling and installation of toilet, basin and wet room shower. The work has been carried out to a very high standard and I am extremely pleased with the outcome. Ben is very pleasant and reliable and it was also good to have Emma in the office to answer any queries. I highly recommend BA.
