Bailey day replaced my hot water cylinder. They responded quickly to my enquiry with a friendly phone call and provided me with advice and an estimated quote very soon after. They followed up with a written quote with a good amount of detail including evidence of adhering to regulations and had good availability to do the job. David leads the team out on the jobs, while Claire manages the day-to-day running of the business, looking after customer enquiries, bookings and administration. Together, we combine practical expertise with a personal approach, making sure every customer feels looked after.
Our name has a special meaning, as Bailey is a tribute to Claire’s much-loved grandad, whose support and values continue to inspire us. Family, hard work, honesty and integrity are at the heart of everything we do.
