Amazing service from start to finish. Would never buy a white good from anywhere else

We've used Baileys for purchase and installation of many appliances over the years (washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, etc) so it seemed obvious to buy a new double oven from them too. In the shop they are always knowledgable about the appliances as well as efficient and friendly around getting delivery and installation sorted. The installation itself was, as anticipated, also efficient and well done. The installers arrived within the time-frame allotted and were courteous , helpful, and tidy. We will undoubtedly be using Baileys again in the future as needed.

Plamen came out initially to inspect a faulty, leaking washing machine and quickly identified that it needed replacing. He was friendly, professional, and kept us informed throughout the process. The replacement was carried out smoothly, and we’re very happy with the service. Would definitely recommend Plamen and would use Baileys again. Thank you!

From excellent liaison to obtain the hob and double oven appliances that we wanted, to their supply and fitting, Baileys gave a personal and most helpful service, totally sound advice, a recce visit to ensure compatibility with the spaces and professional fitting. Most definitely recommended. Not the cheapest, but certainly the best overall service to achieve the right solution for us, locally and on hand for any issues into the future.

Had Jon as the engineer. Excellent service. He mended a fridge thermostat that was no longer made so had to improvise and he really knows refrigeration as many engineers would have written fridge off. Baileys always provide a very good, helpful service and are prompt with appointments.

Very professional service, both in terms of job execution and support services over the phone. Was able to install the appliance quickly with no issues and moved slots to accommodate my time. Highly recommended.
