I called after I had no hot water. He turned up the next day with 2 parts at the ready after a chat the previous evening were he got me to run a few simple tests on my Boiler. He rang in the morning to let me know he was 30 minutes away and turned up on time. He explained what he was doing and fitted 1 of the 2 parts as the other was not needed and therefore not charged for. He also checked the Boiler over and cleaned out the filter. On inspection he found a leaking pipe and replaced the fibre washer. He was very tidy and when it came to the Bill he only charged me for the initial quote.

I had a left a glowing review roughly a week ago for the work. Since then, we discovered that an old thermostat that we were told was dead and disconnected (part of the job) still had a permanent live feed to it - discovered when I received an electric shock from it. It is fortunate it was someone fit and healthy who this happened to. Our emergency electrician discovered the old thermostat left wired in, and the boiler also wired with reverse polarity, both significant mistakes, with what I feel potential risk to life.

Cheerful and friendly. Fitted disposal and had to drill a hole in the sink for air hose operation, done beautifully. Would certainly recommend and would use again without hesitation.

always calls to let you know when he's arriving, which is very much appreciated. It wasn't a huge job, but involved detaching the bath from a tiled wall, locating and the repairing the source of the leak and then securing it back in place. kept me informed throughout and it was far less stressful than it might otherwise have been. I've used him on a number of different occasions now and both he and and his assistant are always very friendly and polite. I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future, not matter how big or small the job.

so helpful and gave us lots of options for our old boiler. Fitted the nest system for us which was quick and easy and reasonably priced. 2nd time we have used him and would recommend to anyone.

My boiler failed in Christmas Eve, which caused massive panic. The engineer attended swiftly within a couple of hours, and even took the time to source the part (the main circuit board) obtained the part and replaced it the same day. Such a lovely polite chap as well!
