The electrician drilled through a water pipe causing a leak under the floorboards. He hired a plumber to repair the leak who left without replacing the cover on the pipe or making good the damage caused by the mend. Mr Baines has been stalling me for 18 months about this work.

Darren has done a few jobs over the last year and he always does a great job and happy to explain the more technical side (if you want to know). As a Housing Manager I do. He's just done a great job on completion my H&S Actions following fixed appliance test and upgrading older lights to LED and ensuring all fire rated. He's booked in to do other work too for me but covers my colleagues buildings in the patch. Thanks Darren and Marcus.
