Andy and Greg have carried out multiple jobs on our property. Ranging from small maintenance jobs to larger roof and chimney repairs. They are punctual and polite and keep us informed of what is happening and of any other issues they have found. We look forward to working with them on our next project.

If I could give this company more than a 10, I would. The quote for replacing the soffits fascia’s and bargeboards came in at a reasonable rate. They were very friendly and the work carried out was faultless. Andy and his team went out of their way to fix small things for free like a missing roof tile, to chopping back a few overhanging branches from a huge tree which we couldn’t reach, and as the scaffolding was up, they said it wouldn’t take a moment to do. I found this company on Facebook and went with them because of the great reviews and mentions. Thanks all for your great service

We contacted Baird Services when we noticed our felt had failed in the loft causing water to stain our ceiling. Andy visited promptly and recommended that we replace our felt with new. The work was carried out by Sam and Darren who we courteous throughout, completed the work on time and left the property in a clean and tidy manner.

Agreed to carry out work in Nov - never showed up. I contacted him. He blamed computer system but said he would be intouch with another date - I've never heard from him since.

Lost ridge tiles during storm Eunice. They damaged 6 roof tiles on the way down allowing rainwater into bedroom. Several roofing companies were contacted but they were either busy or didn’t bother to return call. Baird were recommended via Facebook and Andy Baird called round the same day to assess damage. The following day the main tiles were replaced stopping the leak. Scaffolding was erected the following week and ridge tiles replaced. The work was carried out to a high standard. All calls and texts to Andy during this time we’re answered immediately - No problem recommending! Thank You
