    Excellent service from start to finish. Muhamed was professional, knowledgeable and very reassuring during a stressful situation. He explained everything clearly and carried out the treatment thoroughly. By the second day, we had already stopped seeing any signs of mice activity. The difference has been remarkable and we finally feel relaxed in our home again. I would highly recommend Muhamed to anyone needing pest control services.

    We unfortunately had a mouse issue in the house which was far from ideal. I spotted a mouse on a Sunday night before a Bank Holiday Monday. I found Muhamed online and spoke to him on the phone. Not only was he very knowledgeable and polite, he was kind enough to come on the Bank Holiday Monday at no extra cost. He laid the bait, which takes c2 weeks to work, in all the ‘exposed’ areas. He and his colleague then came back a few weeks later to do ‘proofing’ work, which aims to stop mouses and similar entering the house again. Whilst he was here, he also laid gel bait for a seasonal ant issue.
