Awful experience with this company. Poor communication, over charged by thousands and has caused damage to drainpipes and left rubbish in them. Hasn't resolved the issues when brought to their attention and has ignored messages asking to fix the broken drainpipe and rubbish left in them. Believe to have been ripped off by at least £6,000 as charged £19,300 for three days work. No invoice received after requesting work. Terrible company avoid at all costs.

I was so pleased with their work that I asked them to return to do my flat roof and porch. I contacted Glyn for his advice about our leaking roof. We had used a different company for new insulation and a complete re-slating however that workmanship was below standard and our roof leaked when it rained. Glyn responded to my call immediately and came round the next day. He was very professional in all regards - communication was excellent and the repairs were carried out promptly and efficiently. Glyn identified the basic errors made by the original workman to our great satisfaction. I highly recommend his work ethic and quality of workmanship.

Glyn was friendly, knowledgeable and great with communication. He identified the problem, provided a comprehensive quote and arranged for scaffolding on our behalf. The work was carried out quickly, tidily and within an accurate timeline. We were kept informed of the works progress and after the work had completed were assured of the guarantee of works. I felt the pricing was very fair. I can’t recommend him highly enough.
