Very disappointed with Baker Roofing. After the roof restoration was completed, I found damage to my guttering and empty plastic bottles left in the gutters. I raised this with the company, but nothing was done, and I had to spend a further £150 to have it sorted myself. I also later discovered damage to my satellite dish, and despite the work carried out, the roof is still leaking. Looking back, I believe I was significantly overcharged for the quality of work provided. Poor workmanship, poor cleanup, and poor aftercare. I would not recommend Baker Roofing to anyone.

Following some water egress after a very wet start to 2026, Glyn was very quick to inspect my property and identify a number of issues that needed rectification. This included a fascia and soffit replacement, re-bedding of bonnet tiles, and replacement of lead abutment flashings. Glyn produced a detailed quotation and, on acceptance, arranged for scaffolding to be erected in a timely manner. Once that was in place Glyn and Luke commenced work and completed the job in good time, adding in another tiling issue that needed attention. A very professional service and would highly recommend.

Mr Baker was recommended to me by a fellow roofer who couldn't fit me in and I couldn't be more pleased as I had 2 bad experiences previously.He came promptly and did a great job replacing the gutters on the front of the house which on reading his reviews are not his speciality which makes me even more grateful that he took on my work

My roof was leaking just before Christmas, I was referred to Baker Roofing by a friend and I was very pleased with them, they called me back straight away, came to see my roof within a couple of days. The two men were friendly, polite and efficient. They explained the issue and within a few days I had a quote. Job completed before next set of heavy rains. Once on the roof they discovered another issue with my shared chimney, this was completed after Christmas but all while my scaffolding was up, they even liased with my neighbour and issued us separate invoices for the job. Very impressed.

I required a vent tile replaced. I contacted Baker Roofing and they replied, came and looked at what was needed. The tile was ordered and fitted a few days later. The two gentlemen who came were very pleasant and talked me through what needed to be done.
