Assessing and completing several defects on our roof
Sam was prompt in replying to messages. He kept in touch re arrival times and Sam and his colleagues were very polite. He took photos of the defects that he found and discussed any additional costs before completing the work.

Sam returned our calls promptly, communicated well and turned up when he said he would. Sam provided a detailed quote and provided photographs to explain what was planned and show what had been done to successfully repair the roof. Lovely and polite gentleman.

Tile repair, Batons and membrane replaced, New Capping on dry verge
The main owner was not very well and left two lads doing the work. They were struggling with the job and was having to call their boss/ owner for help. The two lads left doing the job did not appear to have much knowledge. I was expecting some photos of the work as they went along and there finished work but did not receive them as promised. I have had some tiles come off in the same section that they repaired and the surveyor who came out from the insurance company, said that the work had not been carried out properly. The insurance will not cover my roof as a result of the work they did.
