Original shower unit obsolete so no repair possible. They found a suitable replacement unit, collected it and made an appointment to install. They arrived on time, and installed it. Job completed and bathroom tidied up when finished. I would recommend this company

Baker Smith came to my rescue after a frightening experience with another company. They thoroughly inspected my hot water system and carried out repairs which involved draining the tank, removing a horrendous amount of scale and replacing the two immersions but saved me from having to replace the cylinder and pump. They also on a separate occasion replaced my shower bar and controls so I now enjoy a good hot shower and a supply of hot water at all times. Aaron was utterly professional, calm, polite, skilled and proficient. A caring, honest, simply outstanding company.

Arrived promptly, fixed problem within 25 minutes then showed us a do-it-yourself fix for a second issue.
