Met two different members of the team, one came round to quote and another to do the work. Both arrived at the pre-agreed time, were very friendly, tidy, removed their shoes to come in the house. The staff in the office are professional and respond quickly. The work is exactly as expected. I would recommend this company!

Job well done but £276 to replace a stopvalve was quite expensive, especially as the worst case scenario quote was £250

Baker smith were very helpful from an initial visit to scope the job, easy communication with their office and high quality work.

Came same day to fix water leak in kitchen. Kept me informed of progress. Did a good job and tidied up afterwards. Did not ask for payment in advance, sent an invoice 2 days after the work was completed. Not cheap, but you can't put a price on peace of mind.
