    Knocked 3 rooms into one large open plan space, removing a 5 m span in the main external wall and also internal walls....

    The work was part of a larger project which incorporated a new kitchen installation. We were nervous about the mechanics of removing a large part of the main external wall and wanted the right person to do it. . We were recommended to Nick Balaam . Nick visited well ahead of the job, spent time understanding what we wanted and from that give us a fixed price we were happy with. A few small unexpected items were absorbed into the project cost which we appreciated. The quality of the work was excellent and we are delighted. The team were all punctual, tidy and courteous. Recommended.

    Removing walls and making a window Into a french door.Plasterboarding and plastering.Arranging electris,plumbing and flooring.Insatlling a fully fitted kitchen Including worktoips and appliances.

    Arrived on time and the day arranged.All work carried out professionally and clean.Could not fault any of the team for appearance and manners.All work was inspected and adjusted before handover.Very impressed with everything.

    Complete house renovation

    Complex project involving multiple trades. Excellent job performed. Mr Balaam remained in close communication throughout and managed changes professionally and cost effectively. I would recommend Mr Balaam.

    Complete house renovations

    After the work started we discovered many structural issues that required extra repair work, but this was taken on within the context of extra professional input and discussion. No job was seen as a problem and our requests were always respected, and extra costs were always explained and itemised. The work still continues but we are very satisfied with the quality and timely-ness of what has been completed so far.
