New build incorporating pitched roof onto flat roof
We are very pleased with the results and I've waited over a year for this review to make sure things held up. This was a new build which should have been straight forward but it never is. So many issues with steels not installed in time, pitched roof not lined correctly etc. Matt took care of everything and we had absoluetly nothing to worry about. The hidden gutter system was one of my main concerns and its come out great. They had all the materials on site ready to go and started on the day. Tidy site at the end working over a month as its big house.

Locate and remediate leaks
Matt and team are hugely knowledgeable, patient, communicative, professional and caring of their customers. We had a mystery leak in the corner of our aging roof. Matt’s communication, problem determination, persistence and patience in locating, repairing and ensuring the issue was resolved was first class.

Garage Roof Replacement
We used Ball Roofing to replace the roofing on 2 blocks of garages consisting of 7 garages. Matt is professional, reliable and incredibly responsive with his communications. They turned up on time, worked hard and left the site clean and tidy. They did an excellent job for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Replace tiles on a Dormer cheek
Contacted Checkatrade in the morning, Matt contacted me within an hour, made an appointment to see the property 2 hours later, sent me a quote later. Next day, he sourced the tiles ( which were of a good match ) and completed the job. All done with about 24 hours from first contact. Simples.
