Neil came today to fix a leak under the basin connecting to a new water heater. As always, he was efficient, tidy, helpful, gave me great advice and we arranged for him to come back at a later date to change bathroom taps. Very much recommended.

Problem not sorted feel ripped off

I would 100% recommend Neil with no hesitation!! Arrived bang on time, extremely professional and resolved our tap issue. A tradesman that you can trust and I will certainly use again for future jobs.

Neil responded quickly to my enquiry about my broken down and overheating shower pump. He visited that same day, made it safe, explained the work required and quoted to replace the shower pump . He arrived on time the next working day, drained down the system as necessary and replaced the pump quickly , efficiently and tidily, all as quoted. Neil did what he said he would do and he did the job very well.

Quick to communicate and very friendly. Will definitely use again and have already recommended to another family member.
