    Alister of Balmoral plumbing responded within half an hour and kept me informed. He came today ,Bank holiday Mond,and diD the work - magically. Couldn't praise him highly enough. I was about to despair listening to another company telling m e it couldn't be done.

    I have nothing but praise, not only for the quality of work carried by Alister and his colleagues at Balmoral Plumbing and Property Maintenance , but also for his prompt approach to the work generally. My wife and I changed our ideas and plans several times during the work’s progress. Alister took all this in his stride in a very professional manner. The work involved stripping the kitchen, laying new flooring, installing a new sink with associated plumbing, rearranging the electric circuitry, installing kitchen units, installing a new toilet, and all incidental painting and carpentry.

    Alister expressed interest in my tiny job very quickly and came round the next day to do everything. Very happy with the result and getting someone so quickly to do such a small job. During Covid I had to fix my kitchen tap myself so I was worried there might be nobody out there - and I know I am rubbish with mastic! Will definitely use Alister again.

    The bathroom basin in our home currently has two separate taps, and we wanted to replace them with a single, mixed tap. Ali responded promptly to our job ad and we scheduled a visit for the following day. Unlike other plumbers who simply told us it couldn't be done or suggested replacing the entire basin, Ali took the time to find a solution and explain the challenge and our options. We were able to find a bridging tap that fit the intercentric width, and Ali returned another day to install it. He was very polite and completed the job nicely. I would highly recommend him.
