  Unsafe Fire-door - damaged product & damage to my property & refusal to provide receipt

  Problems with my £1.6K ‘new’ fire-door: 1. Inside handle detached trapping me inside my flat after I was issued fire safety certificate. I was told by company ‘she’s locked herself in’. 2. Significant damage to plaster & wall in my flat, I’m told this is normal (although no one else has damage in flats) & I have to pay to fix it. 3. Cracked inside door with massive scratch and ugly glue as they clumsily tried to repair an initial crack made installing spy hole. 4. Made & left a lot of mess & told I had to clear it. 5. Refusal to issue me with receipt. 6. Now ignoring all communication.

  Fitting fire doors

  Rino and Tommy fitted fire doors throughout my HMO. The job was excellent, as were communications throughout. Photos and videos were provided from start to finish, remedial work kept to an absolutely minimum, plus their quote was amongst the keenest I found. Top job, chaps! Thanks!

  Fire door remedial work

  From the initial contact, the explanation of the potential work carried out, the range of potential costs pre-quote and the information before starting was first class. It carried on with a call the day before the work to check everything was ready, to the actual day where even the tenant was extremely positive given the disruption it likely caused. The work itself was extremely thorough and exceptional with pictures and updates provided throughout and a certificate provided at the end. I wish every tradesperson was like this and would highly recommend them.
