  Terrible experience

  9 month plumbing and electrical job and Bamfords were unprofessional, incompetent and unpleasant. Almost 2 years later and we are still dealing with issues which Bamfords are refusing to help with, despite being in breach of their contract and consumer law. Caught on CCTV discussing defrauding us (which they were then forced to admit to). Avoid at all costs.

  Charged £450 for a simple job that took less than an hour. This is taking cynical advantage of the shortage of tradesmen.

  Boiler breakdown

  Moved house and on first day - no heat! Bamfords most helpful, kept me informed and had an Engineer on site withing a few hours. All sort quickly and most satisfactorily. 5 Start service from all concerned.
