Remove, Refit and Repoint Roof Valley
Bradley and the team came out on Wednesday to give me a quote for the work I needed doing. The quote was fair and very reasonable. Bradley and his team came out today to complete the job. Upon further inspection when beginning the work, it was a bigger job than first anticipated because of extensive work needed to correct the valley. Bradley was open and honest about this and provided me a new quote for the additional work that needed doing I.e removing all the valley tiles , refitting them and repointing them. I did not feel pressured to choose this new quote or choose Bradley to carry out the work. However, because of his transparency and ability to be able to still carry out the more extensive work today, I still chose BAM Home Care. Excellent work and a very happy customer. Full roof fitting
Bradley came to install a full new roof, the work was carried out quickly and professional, he and his team were polite and efficient, the work is top quality and the mess was cleaned to a level where you’d assume we’ve had no work done at all!
