They did exactly what they say they do on their website. Booking an engineer via their Reception was easy; he arrived promptly and completed the repair very quickly and efficiently. The engineer traced the problem almost instantly and carried a complete repair on-the-spot. Result: all TVs in the house working properly. Very impressed.

The service was very professional. When they realised the work couldn’t be done, I was given a full explanation of the reason. They also provided an alternative solution at a price we both agreed on. The work was completed within an hour.

All good but bit expensive.

The installation guy was excellent, but the phone people either don't know anything or they are not bothered to even send a single email to confirm the contract not the conditions! Please ask for every detail while you contact them the first time as after that point you will not hear anything back from them unless you call them !
