  Several roof repairs and repair leaking vent ridge tile

  Work was done and everything ok 2 year guarantee on work. Several weeks later vent ridge tile still leaking water into loft contacted Andy said he a would come and sort it out never turned up tried to ring him phone turned off or would not answer. Sent a text and came up with excuses and would come to sort it. Did not turn up again after 3 months of about 20 text messages with replies from him saying he would come and sort the leak out just did not turn up every time. Tried to go round to see him but does not give a full address no street number. So now I have to make a complaint
