Rob was friendly, knowledgable and professional. The job itself was not particularly complicated apart from some scheduling problems on my side, but Rob was able to accomodate this. I felt that even though the job was small, I had his full attention. The work involved laying a screed, and subsequently putting down a vinyl floor. No hesitation in recommending B&B.

B&B have done a fantastic job in installing new carpet and laminate floor throughout most of our house. We honestly could not be happier with the results and highly recommend B&B Carpets to anyone who is looking for similar services. Excellent job and very high quality work. Rob is very polite and tidy, he cleaned up the place every time before leaving. He is a very patient and detailed person (as I am very fussy!) which we could tell from the little small areas that he’s done. Although there was an ‘accident’ resulting a delay in completing the work within the agreed timeframe (we have been given wrong materials by the supplier), Rob kept me fully informed and scheduled promptly. I would strongly recommend Rob and would use him again in future.

We had a good choice of carpet and flooring to choose from on initial visit. Work was completed in one day(they had allowed two). Very friendly and easy to talk to. Very neat and tidy. Really pleased with work. It looks great. Will definitely use again

Had 3 bedrooms re-carpeted back in April / May. Excellent price and excellent service. We will 100% use and recommend Rob again.
