Plastering/skimming of entire flat.
Unfortunately, despite being initially impressed with the work that was done, later on some of the skim in one room came away from the walls. Errol promised he would sort this out and repair it but, after a couple of months of me asking him, he started ignore my calls. I have subsequently had to pay another plasterer to fix it who told me that it should have been affixed using blue grit in the first place as PVA on paint is less reliable. Plaster 2 ceilings.
They did a great job of my ceilings, covering cracked old artex. Communicated well, and were punctual. They made a good effort to tidy when they had finished but left me with a few bits to clean up, such as plaster splashes on the windows, nothing big to worry about.
