Quick and knowledgeable

I can't speak to their electrical work, but I had a BAD experience with B&K when I recently hired them to replace the dripping tap in my kitchen with the new one I'd purchased online. I can provide a LOT of detail about how every stage went badly, but I'll just summarise by saying: 1) the work took 3 days to complete, 2) the tap was ultimately installed backwards & with bits unused, and the washing machine inlet under the sink reconnected to the wrong pipe, so now every load of laundry has to run on a hot wash unless I turn off the boiler, and 3) I was sent a bill for £270 labour!

Happy with the work completed, the gentleman who attended was very polite and accommodating, and made sure I am satisfied with the results. He attended exactly as agreed, worked efficiently and cleaned after himself. I would definitely recommend them for future work.

Had this company service my boiler. Was told it was in good condition. Within a month it had broken. Never had issues with it in 4 years. Either didn’t do the work very well or caused the problem it during the service. Won’t be using again
