Within 3 hours of uploading my issue onto checkatrade the job was complete. The guy who came out was fantastic and carried out the work with no issues at all. Will definitely be using again in the future.

Quick and knowledgeable

I can't speak to their electrical work, but I had a BAD experience with B&K when I recently hired them to replace the dripping tap in my kitchen with the new one I'd purchased online. I can provide a LOT of detail about how every stage went badly, but I'll just summarise by saying: 1) the work took 3 days to complete, 2) the tap was ultimately installed backwards & with bits unused, and the washing machine inlet under the sink reconnected to the wrong pipe, so now every load of laundry has to run on a hot wash unless I turn off the boiler, and 3) I was sent a bill for £270 labour!
