What a fantastic professional. We had such a panic on Sunday night with water pouring through lounge ceiling. Ilhan came out straight away and was working hard at midnight to source the leak. He fixed two smaller problems but needed to come back for the larger problem. We had to have the water off the next day but he came straight back and identified the major leak and fixed it. Minimal fuss and very polite and respectful. Clearly knows what he’s doing. We will be using him for all our work going forward.

He was very professional and knew what he was doing. The problem was very complicated and I was worried if he'll be able to fix it. He had to go through many hoops to fix the leak. It was a tough job. He put things back as they were very neatly. This is what you call 10 star plumbing service. I'd give him 100 stars if I could. I'd highly recommend B&M Plumbing for any plumbing issues you face.

arrived when they said, very polite and respected property, explained what they needed to do, gave us a price and did the job for the price they said even though it needed a little more work than they thought, we have kept their number and would definitely use them again
