When Scott came to the house to discuss installation of a camera system I explained that I had a Hive camera which had not worked for some time and that Centrica had stated that it would no longer be supporting the camera system from next year. Not only did Scott fix my Hive camera but made no charge for the work. At this current time that was an amazing gesture from Scott and I told him that I would definitely be contacting him again to set up the alarm system. Many thanks Scott.

BSI were brilliant, attended to asses the job and gave a quote. I was given the time to look it over and discuss with my partner. When the quote was accepted access was arranged to fit with my schedule. The work was carried out efficiently in one day, the workmen were very respectful, courteous and cleaned up all mess. I was also given a full demonstration of it all working and how to use the cameras etc. I received a follow up call a few day later just to see how everything was working and if I had any concerns or questions. Would recommend Scott and his workmen and would use them again.
