  Rory and the fitters couldn't have been better. Clean, quick, very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Did a great job in replacing my old windows and doors at a competitive price, and with a high standard of workmanship. Would highly recommend.

• Poor customer service

  I found significant challenges with their customer service. I did not find them quick to respond initially, and there was confusion when I was offered an approximate quote for work, which was then referred to by their staff as a quote, which I confirmed acceptance of. There was a significant delay (~8 weeks) due to their lack of capacity in getting someone attending for exact measurements by which time the supplier of the windows increased their costs by nearly £1000. After this point subsequent customer service on the increased quote, I felt, was uncaring and unprofessional.

From the quote to the completion of the work, the team were very efficient, punctual and conscientious. We love our new windows and bifold door.
