  Burst pipe in bathroom

  I had a bust pipe in my bathroom flooring, a friend gave me Barbican’s contact details. I called and I had a plumber at my door in 45 minutes. He stopped the leak and came back the next day to re-lay the floor and repair my kitchen ceiling. I would highly recommended them.

  Bathroom fitting

  Barbican recently fitted a new bathroom for me and I couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, the service was absolutely gold standard.   We got Steve in to replace the flooring in our bathroom with tiles and fit a new toilet. His work ethic was great and attention to detail was fantastic. Would highly recommend and will be using him again in the future

  Can't recommend Barbican highly enough. The level of service from first quote to works completed was exceptional. Full clear communication throughout, super high finish/quality of work and a reliable hard working team. They went above and beyond. Wouldn't trust anyone else!

  Replacing gas boiler

  Steve and team provided an excellent service. They reviewed what we needed to replace the existing out-dated gas boiler system. Communication was excellent. It was a tricky job, but Steve worked out a plan to fit the new boiler and flue/outlet. They tested everything - radiators, water, etc - and ensured everything was working correctly. A first-class job. I would thoroughly recommend Barbican Property Solution.
