We initially needed help with our oven, which had suddenly stopped working. Barci came the very next day and quickly diagnosed that the oven had reached the end of its life. It was so old that it needed to be replaced. He then offered to help us find a suitable replacement, sent me several options, and installed the new oven—at a discounted price—within just three days.
