Barclay and Co have recently completed a full re roof of our house and we are very pleased with the result. From the start, Steve has been an excellent communicator, being honest about availability and start times. After our initial contact, Steve said he was unavailable but would pencil us in and contact us in three months, which, almost to the day, he did. Barclay and Co provided advice and technical expertise, and worked hard and thoroughly, to fit waterproof EPDM and then composite decking on two large rooftop balconies. The two areas were leaking with rotting deck and are now a showpiece of our house, with well thought through custom solutions that we expect will last for many years. Really pleased with the work Steve completed on my Victorian terrace, he came out to access the work needed on 2 occasions, gave an honest quote and maintained regular feedback throughout the process. Would highly recommend.

Steve came over today to fit a solid woodwork top and ceramic sink. He did a superb job, evidently a highly skilled tradesman. His professionalism was next level, going above and beyond at every part of the process, ensuring everything was bang-on perfect and resolving any challenges with great care and attention. Steve and team replaced our 115 year old cottage roof. We also had the loft re-insulated and boarded. The service from start to finish was brilliant. We were consulted about the materials used so they were in keeping with the style of property. Steve kept us up to date with the schedule of work and everything went beautifully to plan.
