10Phil turned up exactly as expected,there was no messing about ,he got on with the job which was completed quickly and efficiently and included refitting the cupboard doors and the plinth. Everything was left in good condition and he even took the old machine away. Highly recommended!

10Verified ReviewOriginally I called out the engineer to look at my oven that was not heating up. It needed a new element; Phil tried to locate one via various sites but was unable to (oven was over 30 years old, so not surprising). He advised me on a suitable replacement in my price range, and fitted it shortly after delivery, taking away the old oven. Friendly and helpful, and good with dogs!

10Verified ReviewI rang Phil later on in the day with a problem with my dishwasher. He diagnosed what he thought it might be over the phone and within 20 minutes he was at my house (he came on his way home from work). 20 minutes later and he had fixed my dishwasher and made us all smile in the process with his sense of humour and sarcasm. Fantastic guy, will definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone we know with appliances that need repairing.
