    Phil responded to my voicemail quickly and was very attentive. He arrived on time, well prepared and very professional . All subsequent visits were planned in and We used WhatsApp effectively to manage details. Phil knows his trade and advised us accordingly on our rodent issue. Very pleased and would highly recommend PHIL.

    Installation of bird spikes and cleaning pigeon guano

    From first contact Victoria and Phil were extremely helpful in working out a solution to a long standing pigeon problem. Communication has been excellent and the required work has been carried out efficiently. Time will tell whether the problem has been completely solved but I feel confident that we had the right people doing the job.

    Goes above and beyond and sorts the problem

    Rodents in the shed, Phil came out over Easter to start the treatment and on the final visit cleared the shed, cleaned and sanitised it, blocked the hole where they got in and took all the rubbish from the shed away. I couldn't have asked for more as he went above and beyond, and was very kind and understanding. Would definitely recommend and use again
