  Honest, professional, and reliable.

  I manage a small building and while having our gutters repaired as part of a building redecoration project I discovered the thin eaves protection sheets (from circa 2005) where very brittle and had broken in many places. I got two contractors to quote to replace them with better ones while the scalding was still up. Billy, the second person to quote, immediately impressed me with his honesty and professionalism. Billy was able to work on two Saturday's to get he work done before the scaffolding was due to be taken down. I highly recommend Barnes Roofing Services.

  Felt roofing and partition wall

  After a truly appalling experience with previous roofers, we were fortunate enough to find Billy. From the start, Billy was professional, transparent, and extremely thorough. He assessed all the issues, explained exactly what needed doing, and carried out the work with exceptional attention to detail. He didn’t just patch things up — he corrected all the previous mistakes, ensured everything was done properly, and went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied with the result.   Elderly neighbours roof repair

  After using Billy's for a roof repair myself, I recommended my elderly neighbour to also use his services for repairs they needed on their flat roof. After they had in the past used roofers that frankly did not get the job done right; the problems are now fixed since Billy undertook the repair. Further, I am told this was for substantially less than they expected (going by their 'usual roofers' charges!). If you are looking for a competent and proficient roofer as well as good value then you have found the right guy!

  OUTSTANDING SERVICE IN EVERY WAY!

  I have used Barnes Roofing Services twice now and I cannot recommend Billy highly enough! Outstanding service all round! I had a damp patch in my kitchen (I live in an attic flat) and Billy came out immediately to have a look. He quickly identified the problem gave me a very reasonable quote for the works, especially as scaffolding was needed. He organised everything promptly and came on the agreed day (even though it was raining) and also arranged for the scaffolding to be taken down the same day so there was no security risk. I will definitely use him again! 5 star service in every way!!

  Complex repair of adjoining flat roof.

  From the initial meeting, provided a comprehensive overview of what was needed to solve the problem. Within a few days was able to start and undertook the work that was needed to a high standard. I would use again as well as recommend Billy to friends and family that need roofing work in the future.

  Crumbling chimney which has not seen repair work since the 1890s
