  Don’t use this firm

  First class bodgers! I would not recommend any work with this firm. Having spend £10’s of thousands of pounds with them to restore sash windows the craftsmanship and quality was exceptionally poor, repairs were completely bodged and in less than 6 months the windows had significantly deteriorated. The professionalism Dean was just irresponsible and a normal painter would have done a better job. I am now having to undo all the poor workmanship and repairs. Stay clear!

  Refurb of windows and new lower sashes

  Absolutely brilliant craftsmanship, really spectacular attention to detail My windows were riddled with rot and damp was coming through. The lower sashes were in bad condition, badly fitted, showing significant wear and were leaking allowing in ants and cold air! Now they are perfect. Enjoyed supporting a local business. Great to work with Dean and John.

  Overhaul/insulate 10 sash windows

  There was a degree of perhaps unavoidabe dust/saw dust frp, the work. The craftsmen were thorough, and the improvement was clear

  Mending a sash window

  This work was done to a great standard and very tidily. It was obvious from the outset that the gentleman who came to assess the problem really understood how it was caused and how to solve it, The company were delightful and despite a confusion over the date they were to arrive to do the work I waited as I believed I believed in this team. I have not been disappointed ... they are excellent and truly understand their area of work. I really recommend this company.

  Shutters for my Victorian house

  Great workmanship, lovely guys. Did not inform us they were arriving after requesting to finish the job on a Saturday, but were incredibly apologetic and finished the job swiftly and to a very high standard. Highly recommended
