Lay vinyl flooring in kitchen
Sam completed the job to a very high standard despite the rather abstract pattern.We are very happy with the floor. He was easy to have in the house and we highly recommend his work

Installation of tiled flooring across two floors
Sam has been brilliant throughout the installation of our flooring. Even when we have changed the brief and other issues have arisen due to our building project he has been patient, professional and solution-focused throughout. He worked very closely with the builders and designers we were working with and became a core part of our team. We are so happy with the results of his work. He's totally reliable, very easy to talk to and a real pleasure to have around. I've really enjoyed working with him.

Removed a large damaged section of floor covering, and replaced with the same and matched it to the existing floor covering.
Sam turned up at the agreed time and was very professional and tidy. He had prior to the visit told us this work would take 2 days, with a day between for the floor to dry before the final covering was positioned. This is exactly as the work proceeded. We are very happy with the finished works and we have saved Sam's contact details so we can use him again if e need any further damage sorting out. So we will be using Sam again.

Fitted replacement vinyl flooring and aluminium nosings on four staircases in housing co-op.
Excellent quality of work. At most times Sam was working alone, and he was self-motivated. He coped at all times with minor difficulties as they arose, including some idiot who walked over still-drying latex levelling compound. All work was done accurately and to an excellent standard of finish. He cleared up well after the work was done. As a minor constructive comment, he ought to try to separate a bit better what could be put in recycling rather than in residual waste bins.
