I would not hesitate to recommend. Billy is a lovely and very polite young man who got in touch very promptly after my job was posted and immediately advised what the likely issue was and provided a quote. Communication was great throughout . Billy did a very efficient and thorough job and gave some additional safety advice which was very helpful. It was a great relief to get the problem sorted out so quickly and my home feels much safer now!

Billy came and replaced my front door lock cylinder. There was excellent communication throughout and he came and got it done really quick. For some reason the torx screw on the lock had been replaced with a retaining screw which made the job harder than expected, but he still got it done super quick without too much extra hassle. He also measured up a different lock in the house whilst he was here, and gave good advice. Would definitely recommend the company!
