Easy to deal with, turned up on time with new lock, no messing about

Billy was great came the same day to fix my door and was reasonably priced thank you

Billy was really helpful, out extremely quickly was informative and explained/kept us in the loop throughout. Couldn't fix it on the day but returned the next day and sorted it.

Billy was brilliant throughout. His communication during arranging the job and the job itself was clear and reassuring, explaining what was required along the way. He was a pleasure to meet and did a great job.

Very friendly guy who was willing to explain and show the various things he needed to do, complete with videos pictures, demonstrations, and phone calls. Very pleased with his work.

A really old digger and the door shutting mechanism kaput. Billy visited the site identified the missing spring and manged to get the whole thing working. A replacement part was a thing ot the past. So a relied to shut the door in this weather. Top marks. The photos show what he had to work with. All good now.
