A new patio with steps
Gavin and his co-workers are professional, polite, tidy and do a fantastic job they have completed work for our family over the years including fencing. Nothing is too much trouble and they go out of their way to make sure you are happy every step of the way.

Driveway, path and patio.
Gavin and his friendly team have made us a great driveway, paths and patio. The design is good-looking and aesthetically pleasing without being fussy. If there were any problems during construction, Gavin was able to find practical solutions - he has a good eye for design, but also years of building experience. Barrett Building Contractors Limited were prompt, tidy, efficient and hard working. I am very happy to recommend this company.

Side extension, conversion of garage to residential use, and laying of new patio
First class job done by Gavin Barrett and his team - excellent workmanship from all involved, a pro-active approach to the job, and great co-ordination of all the different trades. Gavin and his team were a pleasure to have around during a long covid - affected winter.

Increasing the width of the entrance to my drive, building a retaining wall and making a lawn edging with granite setts.
Gavin and his team worked extremely hard and completed the job within the 3 days specified, even though I requested some extra work. There was minimal disruption during the work and on completion everything was left neat and tidy. I am very pleased with the finished job.
