Took deposit back in April, stating 2 months lead time, even arranged a fitment date 2 weeks ago, only to find out he has cancelled the order (assuming the doors were ever ordered) and will not be continuing Off to claims court now.

Steve took our money without carrying out any work. He now claims to be in financial trouble. So we have lost our money and have no Garage Doors !!

Took £1500 deposit five months No sign of any work likely to start, not replying to mails or returning phone calls Looks like I will have to pursue in a small claims court action Have subsequently found I am just one of many in this situation with this company

We can’t recommend this company enough. Extremely professional from start to finish. Communication was great, the fitters were excellent, leaving the area clean and tidy, you wouldn’t know they had been! They were very pleasant to deal with. The quality of the door is very high. We’ve already recommended them to friends and family. Definitely great value for money. If we need anything in the future, we won’t be going anywhere else.

Two friendly Engineers arrived promptly to fix, service and lubricator my stiff and cranky garage door mechanism and check safe working condition. Fair price too.

What a great company from start to finish.Steve who came out and measured the door and the fitters who did a fantastic job taking the old door and frame away leaving a clean and tidy job.Would recomend Barretts garrage doors. A big thank you we are very happy with our door????
