Barrier Property Care did work for me about a year ago. I was very impressed with the boss Ian, who I would describe as a no-nonsense get on with it person. He gave me a clear diagnosis of the cause of damp in my bay and what was needed to rectify it. His men turned up on time and did a thorough and competent job. The result was excellent and the bay looked as new. In addition he gave a 10-year warranty and the price was excellent which I have to say was over £1,000 less than another quote. I have no hesitation recommending Barrier Property Care on the basis of my experience with them.

Really happy with the work carried out. The team were friendly, turned up when they said they would, and explained everything clearly. The job was done to a great standard and they left the place clean and tidy afterwards. Communication was good throughout and the whole process was straightforward. Got in contact quickly and arrived at property really promptly. Gave some excellent advice / guidance on some damp we had under old flooring and very kindly didn’t charge us for anything. Would definitely recommend, really good, professional and friendly.
