Jason's Bartlett Construction & Landscaping team managed the rebuild of our faulty 53 course Chimney Stack in a conservation area from start to finish. He managed STROMA and Cornwall Planning Group for design approval. The old stack removal was effected promptly. His team cleaned up debris and were respectful of neighbouring properties. Jason explained each step of the rebuild as it happened and engaged Bosworth Roofing to deliver lead work for the new stack to current Building Control standards. Jason and his team are first rate and have our highest recommendation.

Jason has done a fair bit of work for us over the last few years at our very old cottage which comes with plenty of quirks and access is challenging but he always has a solution. There will certainly be plenty more work to come. Reliable, timely and always does a cracking job exceeding expectations! - pointed our granite walls - built a retaining wall with a granite face - brought our fireplace in the kitchen back to life - put in some very nice sleeper steps in the garden

Jason's work was very professional. He built a replcemenr chimney. Bautifully built. and exactly as the old one as the building is listed.. Jason turned up when planned and was very methodical and tidy.

Jason Bartlett and his team came highly recommended but the Cornish Stone wall and slate terraces which he created for us in Leys Lane, Marazion are truly outstanding. Just use Google Maps and go see for yourself We have employed several builders on comparable projects elsewhere in the UK but not were as businesslike, quick or skilled as these
