Response from Bartletts Service Station
We were on route to collect a car, when a call from our driver to say that we had in issue with our lorry.so we called the Breakdown company to inform The owner and to inform the holding garage and to arrange another recovery company to deliver the vehicle. The next day we were made aware that the Breakdown company had done none of what we asked. This incident is hardly our fault and we do not accept the owner’s comments.
