Konstructive were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Honest up front quotation and finished a little under even. Can’t recommend Sam and his team highly enough. 5 stars from my partner and I. Would highly recommend.

Sam came in to finish our ground floor extension after the builder walked off the job. It was a very stressful time. Sam helped me to understand the work outstanding in relation to building regulations, without being pushy, which was very helpful. He kept me informed of progress, checked what I wanted and what my priorities were eg, he got the plasterers in early to do the skim on the part of the extension that would be the new kitchen so that it would be dry enough to paint before the floor and kitchen went in. He was professional, tidy and hard working. I would definitely recommend.

Sam did an excellent job of converting our garage, the work was done really quickly and to a high standard, would definitely reccommend.

Very happy with the outcome of the work. Also included installation and fitting of a new window. Sam kept us updated throughout the project and was flexible with minor additions that we asked for throughout the project. The wall was taken down and the RSJ was installed in a timely manner. Sam kept photos of the project and updated us as the work progressed. This was an important enabling work for our kitchen installation and was completed to high standard.

Sam was extremely professional, friendly and efficient in the work he carried out for us. He was very helpful in being able to also recommend other tradesman that we required. The job was completed quicker than we anticipated. Massive thank you to Sam for his hard work.

Sam was recommended to me following another tradesperson failing to complete a job satisfactorily. He identified the issues and corrected them, going above and beyond to rectify a really stressful situation. His work was outstanding and so I then got him to complete related jobs as mentioned in title above. Hardworking, reliable and great results.
